
Who doesn’t like Avocados? I don’t think anyone. As Avocados have got a lot of health benefits and are high in healthy fats, they have become one of our favorites. I have many tasty and healthy recipes with avocados. This quick and simple Avocado Mango salad is one of them.
Without giving much introduction to the salad, let’s just dive right into the recipe.
INGREDIENTS: (2 portions)
Avocados- 2
Medium ripe Mango – chopped 1/2 cup
Green bell pepper- 1 small chopped (optional)
Cilantro- chopped 1/4cup
Olive oil- 2-3 Tbsp
Red onion- 1 small finely chopped (optional)
Sea Salt
Yellow Lime juice- 1 lime
Mild Green chilly- 1 (optional)
Layer everything except olive oil. Pour lime juice on top. When it’s time to eat, add olive oil and salt. Mix well.

This has become one of our favorite salads. My husband and I had this salad with grilled prawns.
