OATFLOUR BANANA PANCAKES

Oatflour banana pancakes with WM

On the weekends I try to make something special for breakfast. This pancake is one of them. It is not only super easy to make, it’s fluffy and delicious. My husband drizzled some organic agave on top with some berries. I had it with maple syrup and strawberries. Please read the ‘About me’ section to know why I started this page.

INGREDIENTS: FOR 6-7 PANCAKES

Oats- 1 cup

Banana- 1 medium ripe (medium size)

Fresh milk- 1 cup

Organic free range egg- 1

Rice bran oil- 1 TbSp

Sea salt- to taste

Baking powder- 3/4 Tsp

METHOD:

Throw everything except baking powder into a blender. Blend until it becomes like a pancake batter. Transfer this mixture into a bowl. Add baking powder. Mix well and make delicious fluffy pancakes. YUM!!!! Please make sure that you make these in medium low heat.
